A security overview for agencies is being prepared and will be published here before launch.
The design rule it describes: client names, Medicare numbers and birth dates never leave the agent's browser, and the extension talks to one server, ours, over HTTPS only. Agencies that need the full security note before a pilot can ask for it below.
